• The patient has a treatable condition OR palliative condition whereby access to products would improve quality of life 
• The patient is receiving regular treatment by a registered clinician 
• The patient is ineligible for compression and wound care from alternative funding sources 
• There is a plan to secure sustainable funding for future product needs 
• The patient has an inability to fund privately
